Not only was it easy to get an appointment, but they were very polite. They identified and fixed the problem quickly while keeping me updated. Will definitely bring my business back to them. Update: I have been using them for a few years now and am still pleased with their service. I continue to use them not only due to the ease of scheduling appointments but they don't run up the bill.

Kennedy always keeps me informed and gives me options. One of the car dealerships tried to tell me I needed about $700 worth of brake jobs. Kennedy looked at it and said I was within proper wear and had 4 to 6 more oil changes before I really needed to do my brakes. You can trust Kennedy to be honest and not try to rip you off.

There is not a single company that has ever taken better care of my family like Kennedy Tire has. Every single person that is part of their staff are incredible human beings. We had a situation with another company and they ended up causing a lot of damage to my fiancé‘s car. Kennedy Tire has bent over backwards to make sure that they are doing as much as they can to take care of us. They are honest, they are reliable, and they provide the highest quality of work. Took my car in for serivce, had a tire that was leaking air. They found 2 nails in the tire, fixed it, filled it and put it back on the car while I waited. This was the day of the internet outage so wasn't able to pay for the service. Called today to make the payment and they said none was needed. I'm amazed ... thank you so much.

I went in with a slow leak on a tire I didn't buy here (it was on the vehicle when I bought it). They had the van in the shop within 15 minutes, and had us fixed and out within the hour. I was treated to a comfortable chair and complimentary snacks and drinks, and best of all, there was no charge even though we didn't buy it there! They are amazing!
