I left a bad review because I had one tire go bad 8 months after getting an alignment but they called and explained what could have gone wrong to cause my tires to wear unevenly (german car). I still think that it was a little expensive for an alignment - $190, they charge extra for lowered cars.

Took my 2013 Tacoma in to get the horn repaired. They were prompt with a quote to repair and were able to complete the repair at the same day even though they had to take the steering wheel apart. Really appreciate their professional, professionalism and helpful explanations of the problem.

I used Kennedy Tire & Auto Service twice in the last year. Both times for AC issues. One being a family vehicle and most recently on a work vehicle. I would HIGHLY recommend Kennedy Tires.

I needed my TPMS sensors activated and another shop couldn’t figure it out. They were after market and I was worried this was going to turn into an issue for me. They had them activated and set up in like 15 mins. Great service and work.

My wife was on the way to help our daughter and had a flat. I came in and changed it and looked for open tire repair near me as it was close to 5pm. Kennedy Tire was within a mile. I went in and asked if Applepay was accepted there as I had not grabbed my wallet. The staff was friendly and came out immediately, unloaded wheel, repaired quickly, and loaded it back in my pickup. Everyone there was efficient and ready to help with all aspects of their business. I will remember this in the future should I need any of their tire or other vehicle repair services.

Professionally done. I had an appointment and they brought my car straight into the shop when I arrived. They called me to discuss the maintenance needed and completed everything in the time discussed. They texted me to let me know the vehicle was ready.
