Professionally done. I had an appointment and they brought my car straight into the shop when I arrived. They called me to discuss the maintenance needed and completed everything in the time discussed. They texted me to let me know the vehicle was ready.

I've lived in Edmond for a long time now and for some reason never took a vehicle to Kennedy. That streak is now over and Kennedy will be the only place I take ole Mabel if she needs service. They were so great to work with and answered all the questions I had. Love them!

Took my F150 in for a oil and coolant leak and possible dead battery. They had all gaskets replaced and me back on the road in 3 weeks….however my oil leak persisted. They didn’t make excuses or try to give me the run around they got me back in and back on the road in less than 4 days. They backed up their work 100 percent. Warranty everything and stood behind their work. I will use them again in the future.

Not only was it easy to get an appointment, but they were very polite. They identified and fixed the problem quickly while keeping me updated. Will definitely bring my business back to them. Update: I have been using them for a few years now and am still pleased with their service. I continue to use them not only due to the ease of scheduling appointments but they don't run up the bill.

I had been away from Kennedy for a while while I used up the warranty benefits on my new car. Today, I thought I had a bearing going out and I pulled in there for assistance. Bert was still there and the receptionist was still there . They were so nice to give me a ride to work and to remove the piece of wire that was lodged under my car--without charge. It is good to know that my friends are still there to care for my present car--just like they did for the one I had for 17 years.

Very efficient and helpful. They were very accommodating and got me the best possible price point. I had new tires put on w/rotation, alignment & balance and new rear brakes. I let them know about an issue my truck was having and they were able to flag a code and find it for me (even though I hadn’t scheduled to check the issue). Also, I totally forgot to mention I needed an oil change. They called me right before my truck was finished and asked if I would like to add it on (they saw my check oil light on). They were close to closing and still squeezed it in for me. Highly recommend Kennedy and I plan on scheduling again very soon to fix the diagnosed issue and replace front brakes I couldn’t afford this go round.

Very attentive to customer's needs and wants with excellent support and service! They stand behind their work, which is a great benefit. I had a tire I purchased there that they had to repair from a nail puncture that persistently lost air pressure. The 3rd time, Bert decided to replace the tire. The staff is most pleasant and helpful. Highly recommended.
