I had a dealer do a recall on my 2021 Ram 1500. They also give me a diagnosis on my brakes claiming the master cylinder needed to be changed and the brake lines needed to be flushed for about $1300. I took it to Kennedy and they said they quoted the same service for about $700. When they ran a full diagnostic of the brake system, they found the brake system was fine and called me. Minimal charge for the diagnostic service. I will always take my vehicles to Kennedy moving forward and recommend you should too.

My husband wanted to surprise me with new tires before the weather got bad. However, when he got home this evening my warning lights were on and 3 out of the 4 new tires he just purchased today were either low/flat!! This is ridiculous, he could have had a wreck on the way home because of this. Tried to call but everyone had already left for the day. Needless to say, my car is undriveable & we'll be calling them in the morning to see how they'll fix this issue. I will update this post later. UPDATE: The morning after my post a representative contacted my husband & had my car towed in to replace the TPMS sensors. Although, I completely appreciate the spontaneity, this was supposed to be replaced when we purchased the tires because we were already charged for the kit. Since this post, I got another flat due to a nail in my tire & they fixed & repaired it immediately for this customer service I have updated the stars from 1 to 4. Good customer service is hard to find especially in today's economy, with that said, I would recommend Kennedy.

Not only was it easy to get an appointment, but they were very polite. They identified and fixed the problem quickly while keeping me updated. Will definitely bring my business back to them. Update: I have been using them for a few years now and am still pleased with their service. I continue to use them not only due to the ease of scheduling appointments but they don't run up the bill.

Kennedy always keeps me informed and gives me options. One of the car dealerships tried to tell me I needed about $700 worth of brake jobs. Kennedy looked at it and said I was within proper wear and had 4 to 6 more oil changes before I really needed to do my brakes. You can trust Kennedy to be honest and not try to rip you off.
